This Privacy Policy explains how AI Voice Changer ("the App"), developed by Ilya Shytsko ("we," "us," or "our"), handles information. We are committed to protecting your privacy through a "privacy-by-design" architecture: the App has no user accounts, no sign-in, and no analytics or crash-reporting SDKs.

1. Information We Do Not Collect

To ensure maximum privacy, we do not collect, store, or process the following:

• Personal Identity Information: The App does not require an account. We do not ask for your name, email, or phone number (except if you voluntarily contact us for support).
• Device & Tracking Data: We do not collect IP addresses, IDFA, or unique device identifiers.
• Analytics & Crash Reporting: We do not use analytics or crash-reporting SDKs (such as Firebase or Crashlytics) to track your usage of the App.
• Cookies & Tracking: We do not use cookies, web beacons, or similar tracking technologies to monitor your activity.
• Payment Information: All subscriptions and minute-pack purchases are processed securely by Apple Inc. via the App Store (StoreKit). We never see or store your credit card details or billing information.

2. Audio and Voice Data Processing

The App's sole purpose is to change the voice in a recording while keeping the original performance intact. Here is how your data is handled:

• Purpose-Limited Processing: Your recordings and any reference voice samples are transmitted only for the technical purpose of voice conversion (and, if you use it, background noise removal). We do not analyze, use, or sell your audio for marketing or profiling purposes.
• Third-Party API (ElevenLabs): To provide voice conversion and noise removal, the App sends audio data to ElevenLabs' Speech-to-Speech and Voice Isolator APIs. Voice cloning based on a reference clip is performed by ElevenLabs on our behalf.
• Control Limits: While we transmit data via secure channels, we do not control the internal server infrastructure or data retention policies of ElevenLabs. We encourage you to review the ElevenLabs Privacy Policy for details on their data handling.
• No Server-Side Storage: We do not store your audio files, converted recordings, or voice clones on our own servers. Your voice history — including original recordings and converted results — is saved locally on your device only, and is not uploaded to us. Uninstalling the App or clearing its data will permanently remove this local history.
• Voice as Sensitive Data: A voice recording can potentially be used to identify a person or reproduce their likeness. You are responsible for only converting or cloning voices you have the right or consent to use. See our Terms of Use for details.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Subscriptions and minute packs are purchased and managed entirely through the App Store using Apple's StoreKit framework. Apple handles billing, renewal, and refunds according to its own privacy and payment policies; we do not receive or store your payment details.

4. Third-Party Services & Advertising

• No Behavioral Advertising: We do not use third-party advertising SDKs (like Google Ads or Meta) and do not engage in behavioral tracking or targeted advertising.
• No Analytics: We do not use third-party analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics or Firebase) to track your usage patterns.
• App Store: Apple handles app distribution and metadata as per its own standard Privacy Policy.

5. Data Security

We take the security of your data seriously during the brief window it is processed:

• Encryption in Transit: All audio data transmitted between the App and the ElevenLabs API is protected using industry-standard HTTPS/TLS encryption.
• Minimal Footprint: By not maintaining a user database or server-side storage of your audio, we eliminate the risk of personal data breaches on our end.

6. Your Rights (GDPR, CCPA, and Global Standards)

Regardless of your location, we respect your privacy rights. Under regulations such as the GDPR (EU) and CCPA (USA):

• Right to Access/Delete: Since we do not collect or store personal identifiers or your audio on our servers, we generally do not hold any data to provide or delete. Your voice history can be deleted at any time directly within the App or by uninstalling it.
• Inquiries: If you believe we have inadvertently processed any of your data, you may contact us via email to request its removal.
• No Sale of Data: We do not "sell" or "share" personal information as defined by the CCPA.

7. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13. Since we do not collect any personal data from any user, we are inherently compliant with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our practices or for legal reasons.

• Notification: Significant changes will be communicated via an in-app update or a notice on our official website.
• We recommend checking the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page periodically.

9. Jurisdiction & Governing Law

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of Poland. Any disputes arising from the use of the App will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that region.
