This Privacy Policy explains how Noise Reducer AI - Shhh! ("the App"), developed by Ilya Shytsko ("we," "us," or "our"), handles information. We are committed to protecting your privacy through a "privacy-by-design" architecture.
1. Information We Do Not Collect
To ensure maximum security, we do not collect, store, or process the following:
- Personal Identity Information: We do not ask for your name, email (except for support inquiries), or phone number.
- Device & Tracking Data: We do not collect IP addresses, IDFA, or unique device identifiers.
- Cookies & Tracking: We do not use cookies, web beacons, or any similar tracking technologies to monitor your activity.
- Payment Information: All financial transactions (subscriptions or top-ups) are processed securely by Apple Inc. via the App Store (StoreKit). We never see or store your credit card details or billing information.
2. Audio Data Processing
The App’s sole purpose is to improve audio quality. Here is how your data is handled:
- Purpose-Limited Processing: Your audio files are processed only for the technical purpose of noise reduction. We do not analyze, use, or sell your audio data for marketing, profiling, or AI training purposes.
- Third-Party API (ElevenLabs): To provide the noise reduction service, the App transmits audio data to the ElevenLabs Voice Isolator API.
- Control Limits: While we ensure data is sent via secure channels, we do not control the internal server infrastructure or data retention policies of ElevenLabs. We encourage you to review the ElevenLabs Privacy Policy for details on their data handling.
- No Permanent Storage: We do not store your audio files on our own servers. Once processing is complete and the file is returned to your device, it exists only locally on your hardware.
3. Third-Party Services & Advertising
- No Behavioral Advertising: We do not use third-party advertising SDKs (like Google Ads or Meta) and do not engage in behavioral tracking or targeted advertising.
- Analytics: We do not use third-party analytics (e.g., Google Analytics or Firebase) to track your usage patterns.
- App Store: Apple handles app distribution and metadata as per their standard Privacy Policy.
4. Data Security
We take the security of your data seriously during the brief window it is processed:
- Encryption in Transit: All audio data transmitted between the App and the processing API is protected using industry-standard HTTPS/TLS encryption.
- Minimal Footprint: By not maintaining a user database, we eliminate the risk of personal data breaches on our end.
5. Your Rights (GDPR, CCPA, and Global Standards)
Regardless of your location, we respect your privacy rights. Under regulations such as the GDPR (EU) and CCPA (USA):
- Right to Access/Delete: Since we do not collect or store personal identifiers, we generally do not hold any data to provide or delete.
- Inquiries: If you believe we have inadvertently processed any data, you may contact us via email to request its removal.
- No Sale of Data: We do not "sell" or "share" personal information as defined by the CCPA.
6. Children’s Privacy
The App is not directed at children under 13. Since we do not collect any personal data from any user, we are inherently compliant with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
