Thank you for choosing AI Voiceover: Ad Voice ("the App"). The following Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the app provided by Ilya Shytsko, the developer, and all services associated with it. By downloading, installing, and using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AI Voiceover: Ad Voice, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the App.

2. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify, update, or revise these Terms at any time. All changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the App or our website. Your continued use of the App after any changes will constitute your acceptance of those changes.

3. Description of the App

AI Voiceover: Ad Voice is a mobile application designed to convert text scripts into professional-quality voiceovers using advanced AI technology powered by the ElevenLabs API. The App supports over 70 languages and delivers natural, human-like speech optimized for ads, videos, podcasts, and brand content.

4. Use of External Services

The App uses third-party services, including the ElevenLabs Text-to-Speech API, to generate audio from your text. By using the App, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions of these third-party services. You can review the ElevenLabs Privacy Policy for more details.

5. User Data and Privacy

We respect your privacy. The App does not collect, store, or share any personal data from its users. Any text you submit is processed solely for the purpose of generating a voiceover and is not retained after processing. For more information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

6. User Obligations

You agree to use the App in a lawful manner and not to:

• Violate any local, state, or international laws or regulations.
• Submit text content that is infringing, defamatory, hateful, or otherwise unlawful.
• Attempt to clone, impersonate, or replicate the voice of a real person without their explicit consent.
• Use generated voiceovers to spread misinformation, create deepfakes, or engage in fraudulent activity.
• Interfere with the operation of the App or its servers.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App are owned by Ilya Shytsko and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the text scripts you submit. The generated audio output is provided for your personal and commercial use in accordance with these Terms and ElevenLabs' applicable usage policies.

8. Subscription and Payments

The App is free to download. Access to full functionality requires an active subscription, which is billed through Apple In-App Purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID account settings.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

• The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that generated voiceovers will meet specific user expectations in 100% of cases.
• We are not responsible for any interruptions or issues arising from the use of the App or third-party API availability.
• In no event shall Ilya Shytsko be liable for any damages arising from your use or inability to use the App, including loss of data or financial loss.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
