This Privacy Policy explains how Heartsy ("the App"), developed by Ilya Shytsko ("we," "us," or "our"), handles information. We are committed to protecting your privacy through a "privacy-by-design" architecture. In short: the App works entirely on your device and does not send any data anywhere.

1. Information We Do Not Collect

We do not collect, store, or process any information about you or your usage of the App. Specifically:

• Personal Identity Information: We do not ask for or collect your name, email address, phone number, or any other personal identifiers.
• Device & Tracking Data: We do not collect IP addresses, IDFA, or unique device identifiers.
• Cookies & Tracking: We do not use cookies, web beacons, or any similar tracking technologies.
• Usage Data: We do not collect analytics, crash reports, or any information about how you interact with the App.
• Payment Information: All financial transactions (subscriptions or in-app purchases) are processed securely by Apple Inc. via the App Store (StoreKit). We never see or store your credit card details or billing information.

2. Local Data Storage

All data you enter into the App — such as relationship dates, milestones, anniversaries, and reminders — is stored exclusively on your device. This data:

• Never leaves your device.
• Is never transmitted to our servers or any third-party service.
• Is only accessible to you through the App.
• May be backed up via Apple's iCloud or iTunes backup services, which are governed by Apple's own Privacy Policy.

3. Third-Party Services & Advertising

• No Third-Party Analytics: We do not use Google Analytics, Firebase, or any other analytics service.
• No Behavioral Advertising: We do not use third-party advertising SDKs and do not engage in behavioral tracking or targeted advertising.
• App Store: Apple handles app distribution and purchases as per their standard Privacy Policy.

4. Data Security

Because no data is collected or transmitted, there is no risk of your personal information being exposed through our servers or services. Your data remains protected by your device's own security measures (passcode, Face ID, Touch ID).

5. Your Rights (GDPR, CCPA, and Global Standards)

Regardless of your location, we respect your privacy rights. Under regulations such as the GDPR (EU) and CCPA (USA):

• Right to Access/Delete: Since we do not collect or store any personal data on our end, there is no data held by us to provide or delete.
• No Sale of Data: We do not "sell" or "share" personal information as defined by the CCPA.

6. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13. Since we do not collect any personal data from any user, we are inherently compliant with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
