Thank you for choosing Heartsy ("the App"). The following Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the App provided by Ilya Shytsko, the developer, and all services associated with it. By downloading, installing, and using the App, you agree to these Terms.

By accessing or using Heartsy, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the App.

We reserve the right to modify, update, or revise these Terms at any time. All changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the App or our website. Your continued use of the App after any changes will constitute your acceptance of those changes.

3. Description of the App

Heartsy is a mobile application designed to help couples track and celebrate their relationship. Features include relationship date tracking, anniversary countdowns, milestone reminders, and widgets — all stored locally on your device. You can download the App on the App Store.

4. User Data and Privacy

We respect your privacy. The App does not collect, store, or share any personal data. All information you enter — such as dates, notes, and milestones — is stored solely on your device and is never transmitted to us or any third party. For more information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

5. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

The App may offer optional in-app purchases or subscriptions to unlock premium features. All purchases are processed securely by Apple Inc. via the App Store (StoreKit). Please note:

• Subscription pricing and terms are displayed clearly before purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions at any time via your Apple ID settings.
• We do not offer refunds directly; refund requests must be submitted to Apple.

6. User Obligations

You agree to use the App in a lawful manner and not to:

• Violate any local, state, or international laws or regulations.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App.
• Interfere with the operation of the App.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App — including its design, graphics, and code — are owned by Ilya Shytsko and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or redistribute any part of the App without our prior written permission.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

• The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
• We are not responsible for any data loss resulting from device failure, operating system updates, or uninstallation of the App, as data is stored locally on your device.
• In no event shall Ilya Shytsko be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the App.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
